The article contains a SWOT-analysis of the personnel of a medical organization, on the basis of which the problems of personnel management are identified. The author touches upon issues related to the lack of a search system, selection and recruitment of personnel, personnel planning, insufficient debugging of the process of transferring information within the company. The paper concludes that the SWOT-matrix is a universal tool for managers of healthcare institutions in terms of strategic planning of activities.
