Abstract and keywords

Abstract (English):
We herein report a rare case of surgical treatment of simultaneous pulmonary and liver echinococcosis. Opportunity of singlestep liver and pulmonary endocystectomy is shown. Positive outcome of combined surgery and anthelmintic chemotherapy is presented.
